The brisket comes from the lower chest of the animal, located just below the shoulder. Brisket is full of connective tissue and fat, making it a perfect choice for “low and slow” styles of cooking. This cut is famously smoked for barbeque in the South but, is also excellent for braising or to be made into corned beef or pastrami.
Our briskets are cut by hand and range from 10-12lbs in weight.
How to Cook
A good brisket is tender, moist, and pulls apart easily. Cooking brisket is a relatively affordable way to serve an ultra-satisfying beef dinner. For the ultimate in tenderness, you want to cook at a low temperature for a long time, but the wait is worth it.
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
