We offer our delicious 70/30 ground beef in convenient, pre-shaped ½ pound burger patties. Each 1lb package contains 2 - ½ pound patties guaranteed to be extra juicy with out-of-this world flavor.
How to Cook
As you’d expect, our grind and burgers are perfect for the grill. You can even cook them without thawing. If you don’t want to fire up the grill – no problem! Our grind and patties are perfect for however you decide to cook them – over coals, in a skillet, or even in the smoker. For an even more signature flavor, add your favorite marinade, rub or spices generously before cooking.
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
