This uber-popular and versatile cut is essentially ground meat and fat. Our ground beef is made up of only skeletal muscles. We never mix out ground beef with variety meats such as organs. Our ground beef has 30% fat content that comes from the leftover trimmings from our steaks, roasts, and other beef cuts. Whereas ground beef from the store comes from several animals, maybe even hundreds of different animals, ours is freshly ground beef is sourced from one animal at a time.
How to Cook
As you’d expect, our grind and burgers are perfect for the grill. You can even cook them without thawing. If you don’t want to fire up the grill – no problem! Our grind and patties are perfect for however you decide to cook them – over coals, in a skillet, or even in the smoker. For an even more signature flavor, add your favorite marinade, rub or spices generously before cooking.
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
