Product Details

Round steak is the cut of meat from the rear portion of a cow’s hindquarters (aka the Beef Round primal cut). These steaks are cut 1" thick for that perfect size. This meat leaner because the muscles in the back legs are exercised frequently. 

Please note that all of our steaks are cut by hand and may vary slightly in weight. 

How to Cook

The best way to cook a round steak is with moisture to tenderize the meat. Moist cooking methods includes slow cooking and braising. These types of cooking help break down muscle tissue and increases tenderness and flavor.

Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
