Chuck steaks come from the ribs that sit in front of where a butcher would carve ribeye steaks. Chuck steak is a smaller portion of the chuck roast.
Please note that all of our steaks are cut by hand and may vary slightly in weight.
How to Cook
You can use chuck steak in any scenario, but Chuck goes best in dishes like stews or crockpot recipes because they tenderize the meat more. With chuck meat, the longer and slower it cooks the better. It will leave the steak moist and tender.
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
