The Coulotte steak is not a familiar cut but is worth discovering. The most marbled part of the sirloin with a coarse structure, our Akauski beef Coulotte is tender and oh so flavorful! This cut is great grilled or roasted. You can have the Coulotte in steaks or as a whole roast. This cut is also great for kebabs, so grab some skewers. Always remember to cut against the grain for the best texture.
How to cook: This cut can be grilled, pan-seared, or roasted! We recommend slicing the Coulotte steak into 1” pieces and then setting up direct and indirect zones for grilling.
