Flat iron steaks come from the top blade. Full of flavorful marbling, and easy to prepare, these steaks are perfect for quick and easy meals.
Please note that all of our steaks are cut by hand and may vary slightly in weight.
How to Cook
Like filet mignon, flat iron steaks are great on the grill, broiled in the oven, or pan-seared in a skillet. The intense flavor also makes it an excellent choice for stir frying or any recipe that calls for thin slices of beef. Easy to prepare, filled with flavor, and meltingly tender, flat iron steak is sure to become a favorite!
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
