Product Details

Round steak is the cut of meat from the rear portion of a cow’s hindquarters (aka the Beef Round primal cut). This meat leaner because the muscles in the back legs are exercised frequently. 

Please note that all of our steaks are cut by hand and may vary slightly in weight. 

How to Cook

The best way to cook a round steak is with moisture to tenderize the meat. Moist cooking methods includes slow cooking and braising. These types of cooking help break down muscle tissue and increases tenderness and flavor.
