Beef short ribs, also known as plate short ribs, are a cut of meat from the lower part of the cow’s rib cage. The meat in beef short ribs is thick and full of flavor.
Please note that this product is cut by hand and may vary slightly in weight.

Beef short ribs have a lot of fat content, marbling, and connective tissue, making them a popular choice for hands-off, low-and-slow cooking methods. You can braise beef short ribs in a slow cooker or barbecue or smoke them.
Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer shipping nationwide. Orders will ship directly from the ranch every Tuesday using UPS 2-day Air. Orders placed after 5PM on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Local pickup is available within the DFW metroplex and from the ranch at no additional charge.
